Scallion, Bhut Jolokia, Soy Sauce, Spices, Garlic, Ginger, Tumeric, Onion, Tomato, Vinegar, Lime Juice, Water, Brown Sugar, Kosher Salt, Molasses, Vegetable Oil, Curry Leaf, Xanthan Gum.
Shake well before using. Refrigerate after opening. Use as a marinade (1tbsp/1lb) or add to curries / dishes for a kick. Too spicy? Add a bit of yogurt to tone down the heat!
