Food service
For kitchens, caterers and food manufacturers, we produce in 5 L and 18 L formats. Our most requested are Spicy Jerk, Korean BBQ and Sweet Chilli Heat, and most of our lineup can be made in food service quantities on request.
We also build custom solutions. If you need a sauce dialled to your menu, a different heat level, a specific viscosity or a spec built around your cost target, that is work we enjoy. Our background is in professional kitchens, so we understand line speed, consistency and what a sauce has to do in service.
