Spicy Jerk Marinade
This is the quintessential classic Jamaican marinade! On our 2015 trip to Jamaica, we had the opportunity to learn the authentic art of jerk and this is how the Spicy Jerk Marinade came to life. This marinade has just the right balance of heat and spice, with a hint of sweetness. Try this for a taste of Jamaica!
Scallion, Scotch Bonnet, Allspice, Garlic, Ginger, Bell Pepper, Onion, Thyme, Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Lime Juice, Kosher Salt, Black Pepper, Molasses, Vegetable Oil, Xantham Gum.
Shake well before using. Refrigerate after opening. Use 250ml for a whole 2lb chicken. Also great with pork or seafood.
