Jerk Wings

If you love chicken wings as much as we do, you have to try our Jerk wings! Making delicious wings from scratch has never been easier. Here’s a simple and easy way to make your wings in 30 mins the next time you have guests over. 


  • Canola, vegetable or sunflower oil (for frying)
  • 1 lb of chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp Spicy Jerk Marinade
  • 1 tbsp ketchup or your favourite BBQ sauce (hickory barbecue sauce works great!)
  • 1 tbsp salted butter
  • Scallions
  • Salt
  • Lime
  • Instructions


  • Heat oil to 350°F
  • While the oil is heating, mix Spicy Jerk Marinade, ketchup or BBQ sauce and butter together in a bowl

  • Cook

  • Once the oil is hot, fry your wings for about 8-10 minutes till golden brown
  • If you are unsure if they have cooked fully, use a meat thermometer and check (the internal temperature should register at 165°F).

  • Season

  • Once cooked, place wings in a bowl lined with paper towel to soak the excess oil, then discard the paper towel
  • While it’s hot, season well with a pinch of salt, toss with butter
  • Once coated with butter, now toss with the wing sauce

  • You're ready to eat!

  • Neatly place the wings on a plate and garnish with the remaining scallions

  • Enjoy!
